We meet the new summer menu of our Chef – a combination of authentic recipes with the latest gastronomic trends.

    • Salad with fresh spinach, strawberries with Ricotta cheese and almond leaves
    • Warm cheese “Bree” with tar-tar of strawberries and raspberry cream-balsamic.
    • Strawberry soup with caramelized rhubarb, chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream

This is only part of the novelties, which truly diversified the gastronomic palette of our restaurant!
